He has served as a director or board advisor across major industries including healthcaretechnology, manufacturing, financial services, mid-marketgovernment and international boards. As a boardroom educator, he has recently briefed and/or trained 150+ of the Fortune 500 board members and/or general counsel including Google; Intel; GE; Walt Disney; Microsoft; Ford; Walmart; Comcast; Bank of America; Humana; 7-Eleven and American Bar Association Fellows.

His current responsibilities include Full Board Member, Board Leadership Fellow and Faculty at NACD ®; Industry Advisor to DHS Cyber Storm, a congressionally mandated exercise testing public-private sector continuity in the event of a national cyber crisis; National Conference Chair to HMG Strategy Group, a network of 300K technology executives; Advisory Board Member, American University Kogod Cyber Governance Center serving with peers including Raytheon and FINRA; Chairman of the Global Directors & Officers ISAO; and CEO for Axon Global Services.  As CEO of Axon, his leadership team services F500 companies, and the United States Government - Axon is one of three U.S. private sector companies chosen to brief  The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) IAP regarding Supply Chain Risk in Hyper-Connected networks. Axon also services U.S. allies such as Japanese industry leaders governing cyber risk and strategy for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

His corporate training includes eight years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), now DXC Technology, as a global account executive with Fortune 100 financial services companies. He has led crisis management teams through the 9-9/11 World Trade Center attack; the Olympic Park Bombing; the 2008 financial crisis; hurricane Harvey 2017; and over 200 advanced cyber-attacks and breaches. He has traveled over 2 million air miles to 20 countries.
